Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling for construction projects, preferably from government contracts.
• The client conducts an extensive background check, must be able to pass DHS security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using network analysis.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Perform delay impact analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate schedule updates with project managers and contractors.
• Prepare schedule-related reports for project oversight.

Skills

Proficiency in Primavera P6

Experience in project scheduling

Understanding of construction sequencing

Knowledge of critical path method (CPM)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related discipline

10 years equivalent construction experience
