Job summary

UFA Inc is seeking a Project Manager in Oklahoma City/Blanchard to lead end-to-end software and hardware simulation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams across domestic and international locations. You will drive proposals, plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong project management experience, collaboration with distributed teams, and the ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project/Program Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Aviation, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management or related role
• Demonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (waterfall/agile/hybrid)
• Must be qualified to apply for a Position of Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, requirements, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Manage the project lifecycle from proposal development through project delivery
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget targets
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure consistent execution across projects
• Serve as the single point of contact between the organization and customers for project decisions
• Report on project progress, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, quality assurance, and subject matter experts
