Job summary

JST Manufacturing in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex manufacturing projects from PO receipt to final acceptance, coordinating with sales, engineering, production, procurement, quality, test line and field service. The role requires strong leadership and proactive communication to keep projects on time and aligned with customer specs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
2+ years of project or management experience in manufacturing or related field.
Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills across multiple departments.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient with project management tools (Gantt charts, MS Project, Click Up).
Experience with Global Shop Solutions ERP software preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
Analytical problem-solving with proactive approach.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and final signoffs.
Willingness to attend off-hours webinars/virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

Travel up to 25% to engage with national and international stakeholders.
Participate in virtual meetings, webinars, and conference calls with overseas clients.
Direct and manage projects from PO receipt through final acceptance.
Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct site visits for reviews, status assessments, and sign-offs.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, procurement, quality, test line and field service.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Develop project schedules ensuring scope and deliverables are met.
Identify and mitigate risks and implement escalation plans.
Drive continuous improvement in project performance and processes.
Manage change orders and communicate with stakeholders.
