Job summary

JST is seeking a Project Manager in Idaho to plan, organize, and oversee projects from customer PO receipt through final acceptance. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering/related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from PO receipt to final acceptance while ensuring adherence to specifications and objectives.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, production, procurement, quality, and service teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; escalate as needed.
• Travel up to 25% for stakeholder engagement and site visits.
• Engage in cross-border virtual meetings and client communications outside standard hours.
• Prepare status updates and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Support continuous improvement through post-project reviews and action plans.
