Abbott in the United States (Pleasanton) seeks a Project Manager to bridge owners, teams, and management, ensuring clear communication of achievements and issues. You’ll drive scope, budget, and quality tradeoffs across projects within the portfolio.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities across R&D, Operations, Regulatory, Quality and Commercial, and implementing IBP and PM processes for senior decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in business or technical field.
• 4+ years in product development, project management, or business process implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Process-oriented thinking with ability to define complex business processes.
• PMP Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, monitor and improve business processes in PM, IBP and sub-processes.
• Demonstrate stewardship and provide project leadership to meet Division strategy and objectives.
• Coordinate activities across R&D, Operations, Regulatory, Quality and Commercial.
• Oversee market extensions, reformulations, new products, new processes and new packages.
• Act as point of contact for IBP reporting and updates.
• Facilitate PM and IBP processes; ensure cross-functional compliance and data integrity.
• Implement process improvements to support long-term goals.
• Provide updates on status, resources, risks, and decisions to Sr. Management.
• Document project management processes and tools; promote cross-functional teamwork.
