Beck & Pollitzer USA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will provide comprehensive project and general management support across engineering projects, collaborating with the Engineering and Sales Managers to maximize opportunities in the sector/region.

The role requires managing multiple sites, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and traveling to job sites

Qualifications

• Experience managing mechanical and electrical engineering projects.
• Strong commercial and project management skills, particularly negotiating, planning, estimating, costing and quoting.
• Knowledge of current H&S legislation & Risk Management processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage jobsites for new installations and relocations of equipment for major customers.
• Plan, control and monitor projects, both internally and with clients.
• Provide regular project reporting to Operations Manager.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Produce estimates to support change orders on projects.
• Coordinate with client personnel and provide meeting minutes.
• Ensure contract performance, manage costs and resources effectively.
• Report on opportunities, variations and risks to the Program Manager.
• Develop positive relationships with clients and end users.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and company procedures.
• Maintain on-site training and effective communication.
• Drive improvements in on-site controls and labor management.
