Job summary

Amphenol CIT is seeking a Project Manager I to serve as the primary contact on customer-specific and internal projects. You will establish and maintain project plans, track budgets, and manage deliverables to successful completion. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of PM experience, with PMP/CAPM preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and ERP/SAP systems is expected, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of project management/similar experience required.
• PMP or CAPM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing project development and execution from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule from launch to completion.
• Communicate project expectations to sponsor and team members.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and budgetary/progress reports.
• Lead and motivate project team members and provide post-project evaluations.
