The Project Manager drives the end-to-end journey from CAPEX planning and machinery procurement to production floor integration and series production release, ensuring cost, quality, and timelines align with Bosch PM processes and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering).
• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• 2+ years managing customer or relocation projects.
• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of project management methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines; lead project team and tracking meetings to ensure on-time activities.
• Develop and track capital budget and manage expenditures within limits.
• Achieve cost, timeline, and quality goals for a successful production launch.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet deliverables (engineering, logistics, quality).
• Utilize Bosch Project Management processes, tools, and procedures.
• Maintain clear communications and priorities for interfaces and documentation per regulations.
