Are you a skilled Project Manager looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee a range of projects from low to high complexity. In this role, you will interface with various stakeholders, ensuring project success from initiation through delivery.

Global Project Manager Job Summary

• Pay: $58
• Shifts Available: Monday through Friday/Remote
• Manage all aspects of multiple projects, including assembling timelines, assigning responsibilities, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project progress, including budget, schedule, scope, and risk management.
• Provide project information to support decision-making for the project team, Lifecycle Team, and Solutions Portfolio Committee.
• Implement quality assurance measures in project risk management, critical path analysis, and budget management.
• Create and maintain integrated project plans using Project & Portfolio Management Tools.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare for project milestone reviews and manage meeting logistics, including agendas and minutes.
• Foster continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and adhering to best practices in project management.
  
  

Global Project Manager Qualifications

• Education: BS/BA in science, engineering, business administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience: 3-5 years in project management, product development, or relevant fields.
• Skills:
• Proficient in managing project scope, budget, risk, and schedule.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Advanced stakeholder management and facilitation skills, particularly in complex team environments.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Planisware, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments and Companion Diagnostics (CDx) programs is a plus.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred.
