Job summary

Parexel is seeking experienced Project Leaders (PM) and Senior Project Leaders (SPM) to drive global clinical studies for biotech/pharma clients. You will lead project teams and ensure on-time delivery within budget and to the highest quality.

Applicants should have an undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field; an advanced degree is preferred, with 2+ years' experience leading Global Clinical Trials in CRO/biotech/pharma environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience leading Global Clinical Trials in a CRO, Biotech or Pharma company.
• Experience with project scheduling, managing resources and budgets.
• Experience across full clinical development through regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project teams and manage day-to-day operations.
• Drive on-time delivery within budget and to the highest quality.
• Coordinate activities across the full clinical development process through submissions.
• Adapt to flexibly lead multiple studies across therapeutic areas.
