Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Project Leadership Office (PLO) Project/Program Manager at the St Joseph Tech Center in Michigan. You will lead cross-functional teams across the full project lifecycle, drive value through platform planning, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of new product development and derivative projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in project management, with PMP/DASM certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management with cross-functional teams.
• PMI certifications desirable (PMP/DASM).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Use WPD system/methodology for production development projects.
• Coordinate gate approvals and manage KPIs with global teams.
