Job summary

Tsmg is seeking a Team Coordinator to support local operations for a project focused on data collection and usability testing of medical consumer devices. You will coordinate participants, assist with onboarding, and help schedule sessions, ensuring timely participation and smooth local operations.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating, training, or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local participants involved in the project.
• Support onboarding processes with guidance for new participants.
• Assist with scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation.
• Support device logistics and procurement when required.
• Ensure smooth execution of local sessions and activities.
• Monitor and ensure accurate completion of required metadata and documentation.
