Responsibilities

• Estimates project effort and resources with staff to understand scope.
• Prepares plans, schedules, and budgets using MS Project and other tools.
• Directs execution by assigning tasks and tracking schedules.
• Assures quality with standard development methods and SQA collaboration.
• Communicates status through reports and meetings with stakeholders.
• Resolves issues by coordinating with team members and customers.
• Mentors junior project leaders and shares PM guidance.
• Participates in professional PM associations to stay current.
