Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, creative operations, localization in an advertising agency or in-house marketing environment.

Aufgaben

• Global Process Management: manage the project workflow for adaptation of global campaigns, liaising between central marketing and regional stakeholders.
• Creative Asset Adaptation & Scale: oversee versioning and rollout of assets, expanding campaigns into ~75 languages while maintaining brand consistency.
• Regional Collaboration: work with regional teams to gather local requirements and ensure campaign needs are met on time.
• Tracker & Pipeline Ownership: build and maintain comprehensive project trackers for thousands of localized assets.
• Workflow Optimization & Stakeholder Management: streamline feedback loops among creative, marketing, compliance, and translation vendors.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: work with regional teams to ensure correct formats, product claims, and legal language meet local rules.
• Process Improvement: contribute to efficiency and quality improvements across regional creative workflows.
