Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics pricing, freight forwarding, transportation, or project cargo experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and cost modeling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing solutions for domestic and international project cargo movements.
• Prepare quotations for heavy haul trucking, breakbulk, RoRo, inland and coastal barging, air freight, and crane services.
• Analyze requirements, route surveys, permits, escorts, and equipment needs.
• Solicit and negotiate rates with carriers and project logistics vendors.
• Build total landed cost models and profitability analyses for opportunities.
• Review RFQs/RFPs and develop comprehensive pricing responses.
• Maintain relationships with transportation providers and cross-functional teams.
