Job summary

YMCA of the Rockies is seeking an International Programs and Volunteer Coordinator to manage daily international programming and lead volunteer recruitment across Snow Mountain Ranch and other properties. You will support Exchange Visitors through pre-arrival, onboarding, orientation, and ongoing support, while coordinating volunteer outreach, screening, placement, and onboarding with hiring managers.

This role emphasizes record-keeping, cross-team collaboration, and delivering excellent service

Qualifications

• Experience in a related area is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of International Programs.
• Recruit and place volunteers with managers based on skills and needs.
• Support Exchange Visitors from pre-arrival through departure; onboarding and orientation.
