Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced program manager to drive GCC initiatives, coordinating vendor management, contracts, financial tracking, governance, and reporting. You will partner with Sourcing, Legal, Finance, HR, Technology, and business teams to onboard vendors, manage contracts, and track program progress.

The role requires 5+ years in technical project management, a related degree, and strong governance experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in technical project/program management.
Knowledge of enterprise projects, governance, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Manage and support technical projects and ensure timely, quality delivery.
Coordinate day-to-day execution across GCC programs, vendors, and stakeholders.
Serve as liaison between business teams, vendors, Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, and Finance.
Support contract intake, renewals, amendments, SOWs, POs, funding requests, and onboarding.
Track vendor obligations, milestones, spend, and performance metrics.
Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
Coordinate governance meetings and track risks, actions, and approvals.
Support workforce planning, contractor management, and transition activities.
Drive process improvements for efficiency, reporting quality, and governance.
