Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, small group leadership, program planning, and/or marketing and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and services for international students and guests, including night and weekend programs.
• Assist with front desk operations and office logistics at Fell Hall, including the OIE front desk.
• Monitor and moderate OIE social media networks and help create marketing materials for I-House programs.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and office events; support general office functions.
• Other duties as assigned based on candidate's abilities and departmental needs.
