Job summary

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in higher education or performing arts management, plus strong budgeting and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 to 4 years of experience in higher education or performing arts management.
• Active performing musician with formal musical training.
• Multilingual abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and logistics for Berklee Global's programs, events, and partnerships.
• Manage event logistics, travel arrangements, scheduling, and budget reconciliations across domestic and global initiatives.
• Lead travel teams to partner locations worldwide, ensuring on-the-ground delivery of programs and engagements.
• Serve as liaison for global partner inquiries, advising students on credit transfer processes, and supporting proposal processing.
• Hire, train, and supervise student assistants, temporary staff, consultants, and alumni artists, while overseeing sub-contracted teams.
