Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 months of experience coordinating events, programs, projects, trainings, or experiences.
• Demonstrated experience travelling, studying, and/or living abroad.
• Master's degree in fine and applied arts, education, international fields, or related areas preferred.
• One year experience developing programming for education abroad, experiential learning, or other educational programs.
• Experience managing international education experiences or projects.
• Experience with student development and/or community engagement in higher education or a professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of education abroad including short-term faculty-led, semester, and summer-length programs.
• Administer all levels of assigned program portfolio, including program creation and maintenance in the online study abroad administration database, program budget creation and monitoring, on-site student support and accommodations services, and relations with partners.
• Evaluate and implement changes to education abroad policies and document program management guides.
• Serve on campus and college-level committees dealing with education-abroad initiatives.
• Lead FAA participation in campus events and lead pre-departure and study abroad events.
