Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in project/program management.
• 3+ years’ experience in a project/program management role managing consumer products from conceptualization through delivery, on time and on budget.
• High School or Equivalent
• 10+ years of project/program management experience
• 5+ years’ experience in a project/program management role managing consumer products from conceptualization through delivery, on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead work with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall objectives
• Review options, identify potential solutions and propose resolution to project risk to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Partner with Product Management and Marketing teams to understand the strategic intent and work with our Program Managers and development teams to support the business scope
• Utilizing Risk Management, you equip your team for known issues with potential parallel paths to allow them to address unknown risks in a way that does not impact our time to market.
• Track and manage project budgets
• Lead key milestone deliverables and phase gate reviews
• Identify and execute on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality
• Identify process gaps, solutions to those gaps and support process improvement
