Job summary

MATTR is seeking a Program Manager to lead global cross-functional initiatives across multiple sites and regions. You will align projects with strategic objectives, manage budgets and schedules, and report to executives to drive on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of experience and professional certifications. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• One or more certifications: Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Change Management Certification.

Impact of this Role

Lead cross-functional, multi-site initiatives across regions (US, Canada, Germany and China) to deliver strategic business objectives. This role brings alignment, governance, and disciplined execution to complex programs, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

What Success Looks Like

• Define program roadmaps, align projects with business objectives, prioritize initiatives, and manage executive stakeholder expectations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and actively manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and program milestones.
• Establish effective governance, provide status reporting and executive updates, and facilitate decision-making across global teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while managing scope changes, dependencies, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate global project teams, strengthen collaboration, standardize project management practices, and implement process improvements.

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• One or more of the following certifications:
• Project Management Professional
• Program Management Professional
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Change Management Certification
• Strength in strategic planning and execution, executive stakeholder management, risk and change management, financial and budget management, leadership, process improvement and operational excellence, communication, negotiation, and influence.
• A master’s degree, such as an MBA or equivalent, and 7–10 years of experience are preferred.
