Mattr is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional, multi-site initiatives across regions (US, Canada, Germany, China) delivering strategic business objectives. You will provide governance, alignment, and disciplined execution to ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, risk and change management, and the ability to coordinate global teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional, Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Change Management certification.
• Master’s degree (MBA) preferred with 7–10 years of experience.

• Define program roadmaps, align projects with business objectives, prioritize initiatives, and manage executive stakeholder expectations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and actively manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and program milestones.
• Establish effective governance, provide status reporting and executive updates, and facilitate decision‑making across global teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while managing scope changes, dependencies, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate global project teams, strengthen collaboration, standardize project management practices, and implement process improvements.

Impact of this Role

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• One or more of the following certifications:
• Project Management Professional
• Program Management Professional
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Change Management Certification
• Strength in strategic planning and execution, executive stakeholder management, risk and change management, financial and budget management, leadership, process improvement and operational excellence, communication, negotiation, and influence.
• A master’s degree, such as an MBA or equivalent, and 7–10 years of experience are preferred.
