Job summary

EMD Serono is seeking a Global Program Head to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of complex global programs. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with internal and external partners, and represent programs in governance forums.

Qualifications

• Doctoral-level degree (MD/PhD/DVM) with MBA or equivalent.
• 7+ years in global drug development with leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, and marketing processes.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Global Program Teams across disease areas.
• Define vision, strategy, and development deliverables for programs.
• Coordinate regulatory filings, market access, and lifecycle planning.
• Represent programs in alliance governance and external meetings.
