Qualifications

• 15+ years in biopharma with commercial strategy or lifecycle leadership.
• Global product strategy experience across indications and geographies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the integrated global lifecycle strategy for assigned products.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities across geographies, indications, and patient segments.
• Reassess strategy based on data, market dynamics, and regulations.
• Lead the cross-functional Program Team across Commercial, Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, CMC/Technical Operations, Market Access, Finance and more.
• Evaluate geographic expansion opportunities and different commercialization models.
• Lead evaluation of new indications and label enhancements.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making and resource alignment.
• Manage the Program Team budget as part of long-range planning.
• Represent the program externally with thought leaders and potential partners.
