Competenze

• BA/BS in life sciences with 5+ years PM experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience supporting drug development through clinical and regulatory milestones.
• Understanding of integrated planning, risk management, scenario planning, and status reporting.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and promote timely decisions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar PM software.
• Experience with AI tools usage; PMP certification a plus but not required.

• Lead integrated program planning and execution with cross-functional governance.
