Qualifications

• Deep expertise in translational dermatology and/or immunology.
• Minimum of 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with 10+ years in leadership in early development.
• Proven track record leading lifecycle management and early-stage programs.
• Experience delivering global regulatory submissions (NDA, BLA, MAA, JNDA).
• Leading cross-functional teams across all stages of drug development.
• Strong knowledge of clinical, CMC, and preclinical development processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to senior leadership.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global development strategy for assigned product(s), maximizing asset value.
• Develop and deliver integrated development plans across clinical, CMC and regulatory.
• Ensure alignment with corporate strategy and therapy priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning and execution of development programs.
• Maintain risk management plans and escalate major variances to governance.
• Collaborate across functions to embed expertise and enable high-quality decisions.
