Legend Biotech is seeking an Executive Director, Global Program Leader to spearhead in vivo CAR‑T programs from IND enabling through clinical proof‑of‑concept and lifecycle management at our Somerset, NJ site. This senior role partners with President of R&D to align strategy, timelines, and resources across Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Translational Medicine, and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent advanced degree.
• Minimum 10+ years of biotech/pharma drug development experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership directing global development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global in vivo CAR‑T program development and governance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across R&D, Regulatory, and Clinical Development.
• Manage IND/CTA/BLA/MAA submissions and lifecycle activities.
• Present strategies and risks to executive leadership.
