Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Global Program Manager (Director) to lead program development, strategy, and execution across development, lifecycle, and operating plans. You will align cross-functional teams from pre-clinical through LOE, manage budgets, and drive improvements in delivery quality using AI-enabled tools.

The role requires strong governance, planning, and communication skills with a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in one of drug development or business required with 8+ years or advanced degree with 7+ years.
Mastery of program management skills and drug development knowledge is required.
Experience with governance management, stakeholder communications, and budget planning is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional development of integrated program plans from pre-clinical to LOE.
Develop asset-level plans, milestones, and risk management strategies.
Oversee program budget, timelines, and resource allocation across functions.
Prepare governance materials and senior leadership updates.
Drive AI-enabled decision processes to improve delivery and efficiency.
