Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Global Program Manager (GPM), Director level, to lead cross-functional development and execution of asset strategies from development to LOE. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the disciplines related to drug development or business.
• Mastery of program management skills and significant expertise in drug development is preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and governance processes is desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication across a complex matrix is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development of integrated program plans spanning pre-clinical to LOE.
• Drive program risk management, budgeting, and governance communications.
• Oversee asset strategy and integrated planning with GDPL, Finance Lead, and Partner Lines.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, with high quality deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities; drive decision criteria and milestones.
• Represent the product team in governance presentations and operating plan reviews.
