Proven PM leadership in drug development, strong communication, and familiarity with AI-enabled decision tools are essential for accelerating delivery across teams in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the disciplines related to drug development or business required.
• Advanced degree (PhD/PharmD/MBA/MS) with 7+ years PM/drug development experience.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development of integrated program plans from pre-clinical to LOE.
• Develop and maintain asset-level plans and critical path milestones.
• Oversee program budget and forecasts; monitor cost and resource use.
• Lead risk management and governance communications.
• Coordinate with GDPL, Finance Lead, and Partner Lines for portfolio decisions.
• Drive AI-enabled decision making to accelerate delivery.
• Prepare governance presentations and stakeholder updates.
