Job summary

Everbridge is seeking a visionary executive to lead global production operations and reliability for its cloud-native SaaS platform. Reporting to the CTO, you will guide SRE and DRE teams, drive capacity planning, security, and resilience, and partner with engineering and product to embed reliability across the lifecycle.

You will champion automation, observability, and operational excellence to deliver high availability, scalable services, and strong customer trust worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in production operations or technology leadership.
• Experience leading global production operations for large-scale SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global production operations and reliability strategy.
• Lead global SRE and DRE teams for platform reliability and reliability engineering.
• Own operational excellence of AWS and Kubernetes-based cloud platform.
• Establish best practices for SLOs, capacity planning, observability, and automation.
• Drive incident management, change governance, and post-incident reviews.
