Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Production Planning Manager to lead global supply chain planning using the GDM framework. You will drive Constrained Master Production Schedules, Rough Cut Capacity Plans, and monthly SIOP reviews, coordinating with site and network plans to optimize labor, machinery, and inventory while delivering cost control and working capital goals.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing supply chain, strong SAP/MRP experience, and Lean Six

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Supply Chain within manufacturing.
Deep knowledge of product lifecycle events to support portfolio vitality.
Expertise in Constrained Master Production Schedules and Rough Cut Capacity Plans.
Experience with MRP and SAP.
Lead continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment of GDM across the supply chain network.
Develop and manage Constrained Master Production Schedules and Rough Cut Capacity Plans.
Collaborate with planning leaders to execute production plans and participate in monthly SIOP meetings.
Translate business objectives into actionable strategies for the product portfolio.
Build and develop a world-class team and drive Lean Six Sigma improvements.
Support Inventory/Materials Planners with planning parameters and data integrity.
