Job summary

Skechers is seeking an International Production and Planning Coordinator to support orders production management for international accounts. You will coordinate with Skechers China office, factories, product development/design, customer service, and allocations to ensure timely processing of production and customer orders.

Responsibilities include daily analysis of orders vs production, follow-ups on buys and x-factory dates, reviewing factory status across regions, and maintaining accurate size

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in production coordination, order management, or supply chain.
• Excel fluency with large data sets and ability to surface what's important.

Responsibilities

• Analyze orders booked against production daily and adjust to prevent gaps.
• Follow up with China office and factories on production buys and x-factory dates.
• Review weekly factory status across Europe, Latin America, India, and Asia to identify delays and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate size inventory across Subsidiary Distribution Centers and adjust allocations.
