Job summary

OTR Engineered Solutions is seeking a Global Product Strategy Manager to define the long-term strategy for wheels, tires, and track systems. You will own the global product portfolio, technology roadmaps, and innovation pipeline, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and OEMs to guide where to invest resources for profitable growth.

You will lead market research, pricing analytics, and portfolio lifecycle decisions, and present to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field required; technical preference strongly preferred.
• Seven+ years in product strategy, portfolio management, or market intelligence.
• Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, and investment recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Owns the global product portfolio and recommends where to invest, expand, or exit.
• Develops 3-, 5-, and 10-year product and technology roadmaps.
• Leads Voice of Customer activities with OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Presents portfolio reviews and investment recommendations to executives.
