You will shape a multi-year innovation roadmap, align Product, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain into a single growth engine, and ensure portfolio integrity across regions.

The role emphasizes scalable, high-margin growth with strict stage-gate discipline and cross-brand coordination.

Qualifications

• Senior product leadership experience across durable-goods or tools/building products.
• Proven ability to build and lead global product strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a global product strategy across all brands, categories, and regions.
• Lead a multi-year global product roadmap and governance across brands.
• Own lifecycle decisions from launch to phase-out in partnership with Supply Chain and Finance.
• Drive regional adaptation and global platform thinking for scale.
