Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Japanese required (reading, writing, speaking).

• Willingness to travel domestically 10-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end management from concept to launch.
• Monitor and track timelines across teams.
• Facilitate communication between TOTO Japan and the U.S.
• Conduct analysis of market trends and sales data.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Tableau for reporting.
• Identify trends and customer needs through research.
• Collaborate with the Product Planning team.
• Participate in internal and cross-departmental meetings.
