Job summary

Moderna is seeking a CMC Director, Product Owner to lead lifecycle management, value chain and launch planning for mFLUSIVA, mCOMBRIAX and mRESVIA. This role connects global portfolio strategies with country execution, ensuring launches are compliant and supply-ready while maintaining day-to-day performance.

You will lead a product team responsible for planning, launching, and lifecycle management across products, requiring deep collaboration across CMC, commercial, regulatory and supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain).
• 12+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in Supply Chain, CMC Program Management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in CMC commercialization and value creation in biopharma.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated product lifecycle and commercialization agenda across markets, indications, launches and regulatory changes.
• Lead cross-functional governance for lifecycle and launch programs across CMC, including stage gates and readiness criteria.
• Translate market and patient needs into product configurations, SKU strategy and launch sequencing.
• Own end-to-end product value chain strategy, performance metrics and improvement priorities.
• Drive supply chain and manufacturing network resilience, including multi-site configurations and capacity planning.
• Integrate clinical and commercial supply planning across the lifecycle ensuring reliable supply.
