Job summary

Moderna Therapeutics seeks a CMC Director, Product Owner to lead the integrated product lifecycle and commercialization across markets, ensuring launches and lifecycle changes are coordinated with a strong emphasis on supply readiness and compliance.

The role requires deep CMC collaboration, supply chain leadership, and a track record of driving lifecycle improvements within a high-growth biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on Supply Chain, CMC Program Management, Value Chain Leadership, or similar roles.
• Experience in CMC commercialization and an understanding of value creation within the biopharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated product lifecycle and commercialization across markets, indications, launches, regulatory changes, transfers, variations and discontinuations.
• Lead cross-functional lifecycle and launch governance across CMC, including stage gates, readiness criteria, and product launches.
• Own end-to-end product value chain strategy and roadmap, including performance metrics and data flows.
• Drive product supply-chain and manufacturing network strategy, resilience, site configurations, and intercompany flows.
• Own post-launch CMC regulatory lifecycle and variation management, including RTQs and regulatory readiness.
