Job summary

Collinson Group seeks a Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and delivery of high-impact initiatives across multiple markets. You will collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, operations, and commercial teams to define requirements and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong product intuition with a solid technical depth, working across regions and time zones in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in global or enterprise environments.
Strong technical background with experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Ability to understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, and software development processes.
Proven experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables and user stories.
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed global teams.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and product delivery lifecycle.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team-player mindset with collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Bi-lingual US English and Latin American Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company objectives.
Partner with engineering, architecture, UX/UI, operations, and commercial teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Work with development teams on technical requirements, architecture discussions, integrations, APIs, dependencies, and delivery planning.
Translate complex business needs into detailed product requirements and technical specifications.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across global teams and stakeholders.
Drive product discovery, user research, and data analysis to support strategic decisions.
Facilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to improve user experience.
Identify risks, dependencies, and technical constraints early to support execution.
