You will identify market opportunities, define product strategy, and work with commercial, R&D, and operations to deliver successful products worldwide.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field preferred.
• Experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or a related commercial role in a B2B environment.
• Experience in digital printing, dispersions, inks, industrial chemicals is advantageous.
• Proven track record of launching and managing successful products in a chemical/industrial market.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and develop product strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects without direct authority.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
