You will define strategy, own roadmaps, and collaborate with commercial, R&D, and supply chain teams to deliver customer solutions that drive growth and profitability. Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field preferred.
• Experience in product management, product marketing, or related commercial roles.
• Experience in digital printing, dispersions, inks, or industrial chemicals is advantageous.
• Proven track record of launching and managing successful products.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to evaluate market opportunities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~25%).

• Own product lifecycle from concept to retirement, including launches and enhancements.
