Job summary

Apex Tool Group is seeking a Global Product Manager for Industrial Fastening Systems based in Westhausen, Germany. You will drive the international product portfolio through market analysis, product definition, launches and ongoing optimization, coordinating with Sales, Engineering and Marketing across borders.

You will lead pricing/positioning strategies, analyze performance, and train sales teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in product management in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Experience developing and launching technical products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global product portfolio across its life cycle.
• Identify market trends, customer requirements, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer analyses to support decisions.
• Define product requirements with customers, Sales and Engineering.
• Contribute to international product development projects and launches.
• Develop pricing and product positioning strategies.
• Analyze sales, market developments and profitability and provide actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Deliver training sessions for sales teams, partners, and customers.
• Travel internationally and domestically ~30%.
