Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 2+ years of product management and business development experience.
• 3+ years of interconnect industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategy to launch and grow the major product line.
• Drive new business development in new markets and customers.
• Collaborate with global sales, field applications, and marketing to enable design wins.
• Lead product training and sales promotions.
• Own lifecycle management, pricing, and revenue forecasting for the product family.
• Travel 20–40% for customer visits and product development meetings.
