Abbott is seeking a seasoned Global Product Leader to drive strategy, innovation, and growth for the AlinIQ Sample Management portfolio. This role focuses on aligning laboratory workflows, automation systems, and informatics platforms to enhance productivity, compliance, and patient care.

You will collaborate with customers, R&D, and executive leadership to define roadmaps, lead portfolio planning, and deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the AlinIQ Sample Management portfolio.
• Partner with R&D, software engineering, operations, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
• Translate laboratory, biobank, pathology, and healthcare customer needs into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
• Champion modern product management practices, including agile development, user-centered design, customer validation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive innovation in specimen tracking, digital chain of custody, sample inventory management, and laboratory automation.
• Define and monitor KPIs focused on adoption, efficiency, retention, and business outcomes.
