Job summary

SOM is seeking a Product & FF&E Coordinator to support SOM's Global Product Design & FF&E Practice. You will help maintain systems, resources and processes enabling projects worldwide, coordinating documentation, digital resources, and manufacturer communications.

You will work with the Product & FF&E Manager/Director to keep operations organized and efficient, supporting multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring access to accurate information across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in furniture design, product development, FF&E or related design practice.
• Experience coordinating manufacturers and external design partners.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination and operational support for the Global Product Design & FF&E Practice.
• Maintain organized project records, schedules and documentation.
• Assist with preparation of presentation materials and design documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams and external manufacturers.
• Support maintenance of Revit content and product databases.
