Job summary

MiniMed seeks a driven PD Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development and lifecycle management of products, processes and therapies for diabetes care. You will oversee operational aspects from initiation through delivery, gathering requirements and engaging stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet performance standards.

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing schedules and budgets, and driving end-to-end deployment across global markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline with 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline with 3+ years of technical program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to manage development and lifecycle of products and therapies.
• Oversee operational aspects of new product development from initiation to delivery.
• Gather requirements and drive stakeholder engagement to meet quality and performance standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules and prepare status reports.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure end products solve business problems.
