Google LLC in California is seeking a Global Product Activation Associate for YouTube Subscriptions. You will develop deep product and user expertise, drive strategic decisions with expert analysis, manage cross-functional programs, and land launches to drive adoption globally.

Working with executives and stakeholders, you will align on priorities, analyze performance to inform roadmaps, and influence product direction across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in a management consulting, investment banking, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• Strong SQL and analytics capabilities.
• Expertise with ad-supported and subscription business models.
• Entertainment industry experience.
• Distinctive problem-solving and impeccable business judgment.
• Ability to communicate and influence by presenting data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Influence launches for YouTube Subscriptions and synthesize global market/user feedback to optimize existing products and programs.
• Oversee programs and annual strategy for YouTube Subscriptions; partner with global teams to execute strategy and manage complex cross-functional workstreams.
• Provide strategic insights to lead continuous product, operational, and business improvement efforts with Business and Product leadership.
• Coordinate quarterly objectives and prepare executive-level presentations communicating initiative findings.
• Perform sophisticated quantitative analyses and scenario modeling to translate data into actionable insights for working groups and executives.
