The role focuses on supplier performance, cost control, and on-time delivery while collaborating with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in procurement, supplier management, and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Experience with procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of purchasing practices, supplier negotiations, and contract terms.
• Understanding of technical products, manufacturing environments, and quality requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and quality.
• Support quotation process by obtaining competitive pricing and delivery commitments.
• Monitor supplier performance and follow up on purchase orders for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues.
• Establish and maintain supplier agreements for pricing and delivery performance.
• Review inventory levels and purchasing requirements to maintain stock levels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement.
