Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Global Procurement Operations in Tennessee. This role will manage procurement programs across multiple Amazon organizations, drive KPI reporting, and partner with GPO to optimize service spend.

You will coordinate with external providers and internal teams to deliver scalable procurement solutions and improve end-to-end P2P processes. Applicants should have 3+ years in program management, strong Excel/SQL skills, and a track record in cross-functional

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing procurement programs, delivering desired results across multiple Amazon organizations.
• Drive supplier relationship development by holding regular business reviews to assess performance and areas of opportunity
• Influence design and development of strategic procurement programs.
• Create and manage program communication, accelerating progress by driving clear and timely decisions, removing obstacles and escalating as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects
• Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to create and deliver scalable solutions.
• Execute and own large-scale process improvement opportunities within new business launches existing processes and controls
• Utilize numerous standard analytical tools to analyze business metrics for optimization and derive actionable recommendations
• Ensure service levels across multiple vendors/providers ensuring quality services.
